Lewisburg Four-Time Winner of USA TODAY’s Best Small Town Food Scene

Lewisburg, W.Va., April 8, 2026— Lewisburg, West Virginia, has been recognized for the fourth year in a row as the Best Small Town Food Scene by USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

Throughout the last twenty years, the restaurant scene in Lewisburg has expanded significantly. The town features more than 15 independently owned restaurants and cafes, each offering a distinct culinary style. Whether locals and visitors seek farm-to-table freshness, lively Latin dishes, Italian influences, or hearty Southern comfort food, they have a diverse array of options.

A panel of experts, USA TODAY editors and contributors nominated Lewisburg as one of 20 small towns across the United States. Voting for the Best Small Town Food Scene took place throughout March. The website 10Best.com showcases travel content, including attractions, restaurants and destinations and is promoted by USA TODAY.
