The daily menu features sandwiches, paninis, hoagies and wraps. All sandwiches are served on sourdough bread made from scratch by Flavor Mutt Bakery. The market also prepares a variety of fresh salads, ranging from Chef salads and Cobb to loaded Italian and summer salads.

In the deli, meats and cheeses, fresh pork sausage and pork chops from Blue Sulphur Farms, and fresh hamburger and steaks from Caring Acres Farms are available. The market keeps a selection of in-season produce, bakery items, salt-rising bread, and specialty breads from Backroads Bakery. Jarhead Farms supplies the market with tasty jams, jellies, apple butter and fruit syrups.
