The Destination Optimization Program is an initiative provided by the West Virginia Department of Tourism in partnership with Experience Greenbrier Valley. It will elevate our local tourism businesses' visibility on Google, Tripadvisor, and ultimately, AI-powered travel tools. Its goal is to strengthen our destination's appeal while ensuring your information is accurate, consistent, and engaging to visitors.

During this session, you’ll learn about the program's activation steps to success and the upcoming training opportunities that will assist you in managing your digital presence going forward.
