Art in the Valley Continues at the Greenbrier Valley Visitors Center

April 04, 2014

Lewisburg, WV (April 4, 2014) - The Greenbrier County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is excited to host local artist, Sandra Schmocker, during the month of April as part of the CVB's rotating Art in the Valley exhibits.

A painter since childhood, Schmocker's work ranges from acrylics to watercolors and mixed media. She paints a variety of subject matter which varies from the realistic to surreal.

Art in the Valley was designed to provide an outlet for artists within the four-county region of Greenbrier, Pocahontas, Monroe and Summers Counties to display their work, which rotates on a monthly basis. Artists must complete an application which is then vetted through the CVB.

Schmocker's artwork will be on display through April 27th.

The Greenbrier Valley Visitors Center is located at 200 West Washington Street in downtown Lewisburg. The Visitors Center is open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm and Sunday,12-5pm.
