What started with the Hog Wild Bar-b-que stand at the State Fair of West Virginia, has grown into a traveling brigade of concession trailers across 45 events up and down the east coast.

Hog Wild has garnered several first-place wins for its specialty concoctions. No easy feat when you’re competing against the finest fair food this side of the Mississippi!

But no need to wait for fair week each summer, you can enjoy these smoked-to-perfection delicacies every day of the week. Hog Wild features pulled pork, brisket, tender and juicy ribs, chicken and turkey legs and sides from mac-n-cheese to baked beans, green beans and slaw.

Fan favorites include Butt Fries -- fresh-cut fries topped with pulled pork, nacho cheese, scallions and sour cream. And Redneck Nachos, a spin on the former but with tortilla chips, your choice of smoked meat, jalapenos, crunchy onions, nacho cheese and the secret sauce which adds just the right kick!
