Hungry for Mexican -- with a twist? Pairing locally-sourced beef or chicken – tofu for vegetarians -- with fresh-grilled veggies and inventive toppings, the traditional taco/burrito is transformed into a flavor-packed sensation. Also available as a portable rice bowl, house-made fixin's include fresh charred corn, chili-roasted sweet potatoes, a fruit and nut medley, fresh pickled onion and tangy homemade slaw to name a few.
Kids are welcome. A special "bite-sized" menu and fresh-squeezed lemonade for "little gringos" under 10 -- and festive tequila beverages for "big gringos" over 21.
