The Wild Game Cook-Off is an annual event in White Sulphur Springs. Now in its eighth year, the gathering includes a beer garden and marketplace featuring local artisans and vendors. And of course, guests are invited to taste their way around sampling the dishes provided by our cook-off participants. Chefs, both professional and simply "at-home" trained are invited to participate and show off their best wild game recipes. Past menus have included venison gumbo, duo of duck and alligator piquante....just to name a few!
An October Saturday in the Greenbrier Valley is hard to beat and this will be a great way to spend one!
