Rack Card Printing Program
The rack card printing program is offered every two years. The next opportunity to participate is 2011. This program allows your business to print 10,000 quality rack cards for $325, which is a dramatic savings off the normal print cost. Rack cards will be 4” x 9” with full color fronts, black/white backs and will have a glossy front finish.
Spaces are limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis, as this “gang printing” only has 26 lots available. Anyone is welcome to take advantage of this program, so feel free to contact other businesses you know that may be interested.
2009 Rack Card Printing Program
Printing Specifications:
Finish Size: 4” x 9” with no bleed
Stock: 12 pt coated one side
Color: Full color one side, black second side (4C/1C)
Photos: Maximum 3 per card (must be supplied in high resolution format)
Art Work: Finished art on disk (must include all pictures and fonts) and a color proof. For a list of area designers, please contact the CVB at 304-645-1000.

Cost: $325 per lot of 10,000 rack cards
After providing finished art you will be given a color proof of your rack card. This proof must be reviewed and signed off on before printing can begin. The only alterations to the cards that can be made at this point without additional charges are issues of color registration, incorrect font loading from provided disk, errors in picture translation from disk and like printer errors. Failure to sign off on proof and return proof with signature by the deadline will result in your card not being printed.
