Battle of Lewisburg Living History & Reenactment
May 21-23
The “Uncivil War” is the theme for this year’s Battle of Lewisburg Living History & Reenactment taking place in downtown Lewisburg. The weekend includes guest speakers, candlelight tours, carriage rides, reenactments and more. The event is free to the public. Trillium Performing Arts Collective Weekend Concert Series: Across the Spectrum
May 21-22
Trillium Performing Arts Collective’s Across the Spectrum dance concert series is scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Evening shows begin at 7:30pm with a special matinee to be shown Saturday at 2pm. Performances include new dance and movement theatre pieces as well as two solo pieces. The event takes place at the Lewis Theatre located at 113 N. Court Street in downtown Lewisburg. Ronceverte 2nd Annual Bluegrass Festival
May 22
The Ronceverte 2nd Annual Bluegrass Festival takes place on Saturday, May 22 from 12pm to 4pm in downtown Ronceverte. The event features the bands New Horizon and The Half Bad Bluegrass Band. Other activities include children’s arts & crafts, local food vendors, a BBQ cook-off and more. Bring a chair and come enjoy this fun-filled, musical afternoon. Admission is $5 per person. American Heritage Music Hall Saturday Night Dance Concert
May 22
The American Heritage Music Hall in Ronceverte will host the band “Ridgeline” on Saturday, May 22nd at 7pm. An admission fee of a monetary donation includes drinks and snacks. The American Heritage Music Hall is smoke and alcohol free. For more information, call 304-645-4667.

Landing Zone: Rainelle Veterans’ Reunion
May 27-31
The L.Z. Rainelle West Virginia Veterans’ Reunion celebration is held over Memorial Day Weekend. Highlights of this event include a dinner at the Rainelle Moose Lodge, Memorial Bike Run, a Car & Bike Show and a fireworks display. For a complete schedule of events, visit http://www.lzrainelle.com.

West Virginia Dandelion Festival
May 27-31
Join the town of White Sulphur Springs for a five-day Dandelion Festival, May 27-31. In celebration and appreciation for the determination of the dandelion, this gutsy little flower fights its way through velvety lawns, dodges mowers and weed killers, and against all odds reigns supreme as it blankets our towns each spring. The festival features street vendors, kid’s activities, contests, an art show, golf tournament, flea market, antique car show and live entertainment. A Decade of Year-Round Theatre Celebration at Greenbrier Valley Theatre
May 29
Greenbrier Valley Theatre, the State Professional Theatre of West Virginia, celebrates its 10 year anniversary on May 29 with a performance by world-class jazz pianist, Ellis Marsalis, with The West Virginia Jazz Orchestra.
