Lewisburg Yoga Center is the creation of Barbara Stanley who has followed the path of yoga for the past nine years. The Yoga Center is the only facility dedicated to the practice of yoga in the Greenbrier Valley region.

Five instructors are on hand, with yoga classes for the beginner to the advanced. The Yoga Center offers basic yoga classes, Ashtanga, QiGong and Pilates. The classes vary from gentle, moderate to vigorous. Private yoga instruction is also available for small groups and individuals.

Sample the teachers and the different styles of yoga taught at the Yoga Center each Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm when classes are free to the community.
