Battle of Lewisburg Reenactment
An activity-filled weekend in May of each year featuring Civil War history and culture in downtown Lewisburg with a skirmish and reenactment based on the May 23, 1862 battle.

 

Greenbrier River Campground

Description

Campground featuring canoe, kayak, ducky, tube and raft rentals for the Greenbrier River. Supplies provided with each rental.  Shuttle service also available and new and used river equipment for sale. Reservations requested. Located 4 miles east of Alderson on Rt 63 and six miles from Lewisburg, along the Greenbrier River.
