Event Description

Type of Event: Concert, Fairs & Festivals, Special Events

Badlands Bluegrass at the Poor Farm Festival Grounds in Williamsburg, WV is scheduled for June 15, 16, and 17, 2012. Badlands Bluegrass Festival, a benefit for restoring McCoy Fort. Bands include:
Friday from 4 pm until 1am - The Half Bad Bluegrass Band, Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, The Black Twig Pickers and Poor Taters.
Saturday 10am until after midnight - Brushy Ridge, The Boatmen Do Bluegrass, Corey Lee McQuade, The Wild Rumpus, Dale Cash, Johnson’s Crossroads, Jack Ass Flats and two shows with the Gate City Gunslingers.
Sunday 10am until 6pm - Judith Avers, Jonathan Buckner and Chosen Road, Jim and Valerie Gabehart, Morelle and Johnson’s Crossroads (final show).
In addition, there will be a bonfire Saturday night.
